The ECR to star (ECR2STAR) program was started to help early career researchers become leaders in their field. Whether you wish to pursue your research career in academia, an institute, hospital or industry this blog is for you. The blog provides useful information and helpful tips for running research programs, highlights the pitfalls that you may encounter and provides a portal for comment and discussion.
The ECR2STAR program was initiated via seed funding from the International Program Development Fund (IPDF) at the University of Sydney and by the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research (WIMR). The program is the result of an international collaboration between academics at the University of Sydney, WIMR and University College London (UCL)
